Visiting Our Studio

Our studio at 742 Mindful Way is located in the heart of Los Angeles, easily accessible from Hollywood, Silver Lake, and Downtown LA. Street parking is available on Mindful Way, and there is a public parking garage one block east. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before any scheduled event or appointment to settle in and enjoy our welcoming space.

Once you submit your inquiry, here is what happens next. Within 24 hours, a dedicated member of our team will review your message and respond with personalized recommendations. If you are interested in booking an event, we will provide available dates, detailed menu options, yoga session formats, and transparent pricing. For general inquiries, we will address your questions thoroughly and point you toward helpful resources on our site.

If your inquiry involves a private event or corporate program, we typically schedule a brief phone call or video meeting to discuss your vision in greater detail. This allows us to understand the unique dynamics of your group, any dietary restrictions, experience levels with yoga, and the overall atmosphere you want to create. From there, our team crafts a customized proposal that outlines every aspect of your event, from the flow of the evening to the specific dishes on your plate.

You can book a yoga dining event by filling out our contact form above and selecting "Yoga Dining Event" from the interest dropdown, by calling us at (424) 369-8247 during business hours, or by emailing hello@yogadiningclub.com. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for public events and four weeks in advance for private gatherings to ensure availability. Once we receive your inquiry, a member of our events team will respond within 24 hours with available dates, menu options, and pricing details.

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations of public events to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a 50% fee. For private events and retreats, we require 7 days notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the event receive a 50% refund. We understand that life happens, and we always try to offer credit toward future events when full refunds are not possible. Please review our full Terms of Service for complete cancellation details.

Absolutely. Accommodating diverse dietary needs is central to our philosophy of mindful, inclusive dining. We regularly prepare meals for guests with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free, and other dietary requirements. When you book an event, we ask you to share any allergies or dietary restrictions so our culinary team can prepare accordingly. Our chefs are experienced in creating beautiful, flavorful dishes that meet a wide range of dietary needs without compromising on taste or presentation. Please note that while we take every precaution, our kitchen does handle common allergens.

We offer experiences for groups of all sizes. Our public yoga dining events typically host 15 to 30 guests. Private dinner parties can be arranged for intimate groups as small as 6 or larger celebrations of up to 50. Corporate wellness programs are customized based on your team size, from small department gatherings of 10 to company-wide events of 100 or more. For retreats, we keep groups between 8 and 20 to maintain an intimate, personal experience. Contact us with your group size and we will recommend the best format for your needs.

No prior yoga experience is needed for the majority of our events. Our yoga sessions are designed to be accessible and welcoming for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors provide modifications for every pose, so you can participate comfortably regardless of your fitness level or flexibility. We do offer some intermediate and advanced workshops that recommend prior experience, and these are clearly marked in our event descriptions. If you have any concerns about physical limitations, please let us know when booking and we will help you find the right event.

For private dinner events, we recommend booking at least four weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow our team ample time to plan your custom menu and yoga session. For corporate wellness programs, six to eight weeks of lead time is ideal, as these events often involve coordination with your HR or events team. Retreats should be booked two to three months ahead, especially during our busy spring and fall seasons. That said, we understand that needs sometimes arise on shorter timelines, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows.
