At Yoga Dining Club, we believe that true wellness is not achieved through any single practice. It emerges from the interplay between how we move, what we eat, and the connections we share with others. Since our founding in 2019, we have been crafting experiences that weave these threads together into something greater than the sum of its parts. Every event, dinner, and program we offer is designed to leave you feeling not just fed, but genuinely nourished in body and spirit.

Our approach draws from the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy, which teaches that food is the first layer of our being. In the yogic tradition, what we eat directly shapes our mental clarity, emotional balance, and energetic vitality. We take that principle seriously, partnering with local farms and artisan producers throughout Southern California to source the freshest seasonal ingredients for every meal we prepare. Our culinary team, trained in both classical technique and plant-forward nutrition, transforms those ingredients into dishes that are as visually stunning as they are healthful.

But we are not simply a catering company that offers yoga on the side, nor a yoga studio that serves snacks afterward. The integration is the point. When you attend one of our events, you will notice that the yoga practice and the meal are designed to complement each other. A grounding, restorative practice might precede a warming root vegetable feast in winter, while an energizing vinyasa flow leads into a bright, citrus-driven spring menu. The transitions between movement and dining are intentional, guided by our instructors and hosts who help you carry the mindfulness cultivated on the mat directly to the table.

Our community has grown to include over two thousand members across Los Angeles, from Silver Lake to Santa Monica, Pasadena to the South Bay. What unites them is a shared curiosity about living well and a willingness to explore new ways of connecting with food, movement, and each other. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or someone who has never touched a mat, whether you are a committed vegan or simply interested in eating more plants, there is a place for you here. Not at all. Our yoga sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors offer modifications for every pose, and the emphasis is on mindful movement and breath awareness rather than athletic performance. Many of our most loyal members had never tried yoga before attending their first Yoga Dining Club event.

Absolutely. Our menus are plant-forward by design, and we routinely accommodate gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and other dietary needs. When you book any experience, you will be asked about allergies and preferences. Our culinary team crafts every menu with care and can adjust dishes without sacrificing flavor or presentation.

Our community events are held at our studio space in West Los Angeles. Private wellness dinners can be hosted at your home, our studio, or a venue of your choice. Corporate events can be held at your office, our studio, or offsite retreat locations throughout Southern California. We also host seasonal outdoor events at gardens and parks across LA.

For community events, we recommend booking at least one week in advance as spots fill quickly. Private dinners should be booked 3-4 weeks ahead to allow time for menu planning and customization. Corporate programs typically require 4-6 weeks of lead time, especially for larger groups or multi-session packages. Weekend retreats should be booked 6-8 weeks in advance.

Community events can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund or credit. Private dinners and corporate events require 7 days notice for a full refund, or 3 days notice for a 50% credit toward a future booking. Retreat cancellations follow a tiered policy based on how far in advance you cancel. Full details are provided at the time of booking.
