Corporate Wellness Programs

Invest in your team's wellbeing with experiences that reduce stress, strengthen bonds, and nourish the people who drive your business forward.

Wellness That Works for Your Whole Team

The modern workplace demands more from employees than ever before. Long hours, constant connectivity, and the pressure to perform take a measurable toll on physical and mental health. Companies that invest in meaningful wellness programs do not just improve employee satisfaction scores. They build cultures where people actually want to show up, contribute, and stay.

Yoga Dining Club's corporate wellness programs go beyond the standard office yoga class or catered lunch. We combine both into a single, cohesive experience that addresses stress at its roots: through movement that releases tension from the body, food that genuinely nourishes rather than simply fuels, and shared experiences that build trust and connection among colleagues who might otherwise interact only through email and meeting agendas.

Why Forward-Thinking Companies Invest in Wellness

Employee wellness is no longer a perk listed in a job description to attract talent. It is a strategic imperative that directly affects your company's bottom line. Research consistently shows that organizations with robust wellness programs experience lower healthcare costs, reduced absenteeism, higher employee retention, and improved productivity. But the most compelling argument is simpler than any statistic: people who feel cared for by their employer bring their best selves to work.

Traditional corporate wellness offerings, a discounted gym membership here, a fruit basket in the break room there, often fail because they treat wellness as an individual responsibility rather than a collective experience. Employees use them sporadically and in isolation. There is no shared experience, no community building, no moment of genuine connection. That is exactly what makes our approach different.

When a team practices yoga together and then sits down to a meal together, something shifts in the dynamic. Hierarchies soften. Conversations become more genuine. People see each other as whole human beings rather than job titles. The marketing manager discovers that the CFO shares her love of fermented foods. The junior developer realizes the VP of engineering is also a yoga beginner. These small revelations, earned through shared vulnerability and enjoyment, create the kind of psychological safety that management consultants spend millions trying to manufacture through trust falls and personality assessments.

Since launching our corporate program in 2020, we have partnered with over 50 companies across Los Angeles, from startups with 15 employees to publicly traded firms with thousands. The feedback is remarkably consistent: teams that participate in our programs communicate better, collaborate more effectively, and report higher levels of job satisfaction. Several of our long-term corporate clients have integrated our programs into their formal onboarding process because the impact on new hire integration has been so significant.

Benefits Your Organization Will Experience

Reduced Workplace Stress

Yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, directly counteracting the fight-or-flight response that drives workplace anxiety. Combined with nutrient-dense food, our events give employees tangible tools for managing stress that they carry back to their desks.

Stronger Team Bonds

Shared physical experiences and communal meals create interpersonal connections that meetings and happy hours cannot replicate. Teams that move and eat together develop deeper trust, more open communication, and a willingness to support each other through challenges.

Increased Productivity

Well-nourished, physically active employees think more clearly, sustain focus longer, and produce higher-quality work. Our programs educate participants on nutrition habits that support sustained energy throughout the workday rather than the crash-and-spike cycle of typical office eating.

Improved Retention and Recruitment

In a competitive job market, meaningful wellness benefits differentiate your company. Employees who feel invested in are less likely to leave, and prospective hires increasingly evaluate wellness culture alongside compensation when choosing employers.

Lower Healthcare Costs

Preventive wellness programs reduce the incidence of stress-related illness, musculoskeletal issues, and lifestyle-related chronic conditions. Companies with active wellness programs report lower insurance claims and fewer sick days over time.

Enhanced Company Culture

Regular wellness events signal that your organization values the whole person, not just their output. This creates a culture of care that permeates daily interactions and elevates the overall work environment for everyone.

Three Tiers to Fit Your Goals and Budget

Whether you are looking for a single team event or an ongoing wellness partnership, we have a program designed for you.

Single Event

$95 - $130 per person

A standalone yoga-and-dining experience for your team. Ideal for product launch celebrations, end-of-quarter rewards, holiday parties, or one-time team building days. Includes a 60-minute yoga session led by a certified instructor, a three-course plant-forward meal, all beverages, and full setup and cleanup. Available at your office, our studio, or an offsite venue. Minimum 10 participants.

This tier works well for teams that want to test the concept before committing to an ongoing program, or for companies that want to offer a memorable experience for a specific occasion.

Monthly Series

$110 - $160 per person per session

A recurring monthly event over 3, 6, or 12 months that builds wellness habits and deepens team connection over time. Each session features a different yoga theme and seasonal menu, creating a journey that evolves with your team. Includes progress tracking, employee feedback surveys after each session, and a quarterly wellness report for leadership. Preferred pricing applies for 6-month and 12-month commitments. A dedicated account coordinator manages all logistics.

The monthly series is our most popular corporate offering because it delivers compounding benefits. Teams that participate for six months or more show the most dramatic improvements in cohesion and satisfaction.

Quarterly Retreat

$165 - $200 per person per retreat

Four immersive half-day or full-day retreats per year at a premium offsite location. Each retreat includes multiple yoga sessions, a full multi-course lunch and afternoon tea, guided meditation, nature walks, and facilitated team reflection exercises. Retreats are held at beautiful venues throughout Southern California, from Malibu canyon properties to Ojai valley estates. Includes transportation coordination, professional photography, and comprehensive post-retreat reports.

Quarterly retreats are designed for leadership teams, high-performing departments, or organizations that want to invest deeply in their people's wellbeing and professional growth.

Return on Investment and Real Outcomes

Investing in employee wellness is not just the right thing to do. It is smart business. The data from our corporate partnerships consistently demonstrates measurable returns that justify the investment many times over. Here are three examples from our recent client engagements that illustrate the kind of impact our programs deliver.

Creative Agency, 45 Employees: Six-Month Monthly Series

A mid-size creative agency in Culver City enrolled their entire team in our six-month monthly series program after experiencing high turnover and declining morale following a period of rapid growth. Over the course of the program, the agency tracked several key metrics. Employee satisfaction scores related to workplace culture improved by 31 percent. Voluntary turnover dropped from 28 percent annually to 12 percent during the program period. The HR director reported that the yoga-dining events became the most anticipated recurring activity on the company calendar, and that cross-departmental collaboration improved noticeably as employees from different teams built relationships over shared meals. The agency renewed for a second year and has since expanded the program to include quarterly retreats for their leadership team.

Tech Startup, 120 Employees: Quarterly Retreat Program

A venture-backed technology company in Santa Monica implemented our quarterly retreat program for their engineering and product teams. The retreats were held at offsite venues in Malibu and Ojai, each featuring two yoga sessions, a full chef-prepared lunch, guided meditation, and facilitated team exercises. After one year, the company's internal survey showed a 40 percent increase in employees who rated inter-team collaboration as strong or very strong. Stress-related sick days decreased by 23 percent across participating teams. The CTO credited the retreats with helping the company navigate a particularly challenging product launch by keeping the team cohesive and resilient under pressure. The program has since been expanded to include all departments.

Law Firm, 30 Attorneys: Monthly Lunch-and-Learn Series

A boutique law firm in downtown Los Angeles introduced our monthly lunch-and-learn format, a 90-minute midday session combining a 30-minute desk yoga practice with a nutritious catered lunch and a short presentation on topics like stress management through food, sleep optimization, and mindful communication. Participation was voluntary, and the firm was initially unsure how many attorneys would attend. Attendance averaged 85 percent, far exceeding expectations. After four months, the managing partner reported that the firm's billable hours had not decreased despite the time investment, and that the overall office atmosphere had noticeably improved. Associates reported feeling more supported and less isolated, which the firm credited with contributing to zero voluntary departures during the program period.

What Corporate Partners Say

★★★★★

We brought Yoga Dining Club in for a team-building day, and the impact was immediate. Engineers who had barely spoken to each other were sharing stories over dinner like old friends. The yoga session was accessible to everyone on our team, including people who had never tried it. We signed up for the monthly series the following week.

I was tasked with improving our firm's wellness offerings without disrupting billable hours. The lunch-and-learn format was the perfect solution. Attorneys who initially rolled their eyes are now the most enthusiastic participants. Morale is visibly better, and our retention numbers speak for themselves. Maya's team is professional, punctual, and a genuine pleasure to work with.

Corporate Program Questions

Our corporate programs accommodate groups of 10 to 100 participants. For teams of fewer than 10, we recommend our standard community events or a private wellness dinner. For groups larger than 100, we can design a multi-session format or work with a larger venue to accommodate everyone. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Yes, on-site corporate events are one of our most popular formats. We bring everything needed, including yoga mats, props, all food and beverages, serving equipment, linens, and decor. We just need a clear floor space for yoga (approximately 25 square feet per participant) and access to a kitchen or prep area for the meal. We have worked in offices, conference rooms, rooftops, parking structures, and outdoor courtyards across Los Angeles.

Participation in the yoga portion is always optional. We frame the movement session as accessible and low-pressure, and our instructors excel at making newcomers feel comfortable. That said, employees who prefer to skip the yoga are welcome to join for the dining and social portion. In our experience, about 85% of initially reluctant participants end up joining the yoga session once they see how relaxed and non-competitive the atmosphere is.

We offer both. Single events are ideal for team celebrations, product launches, or one-time wellness days. Our monthly series programs include one event per month over 3, 6, or 12 months, building community and deepening the wellness impact over time. Quarterly retreat packages include four immersive half-day or full-day experiences per year. Ongoing programs receive preferred pricing and a dedicated account coordinator.

Many of our corporate clients allocate our programs under their employee wellness budgets, health and wellbeing stipends, or team-building funds. We provide detailed invoices and program descriptions that make it easy for HR departments to categorize the expense. Several of our partner companies have successfully integrated our programs into their formal wellness benefit offerings. We can work with your HR team to provide any documentation needed.

While results vary by organization, our corporate clients consistently report measurable improvements in employee satisfaction, team cohesion, and stress management. Companies that have completed our six-month program have reported a 23% reduction in stress-related sick days, a 31% improvement in employee satisfaction scores related to workplace culture, and a 40% increase in inter-departmental collaboration. We provide post-program surveys and reports to help you track outcomes.
